Tick Testing!
Monday, November 2, 2015 We have been receiving many reports of owners finding ticks on their horses (and other pets) in the past month.
We wanted to share with you a wonderful resource from the University of Massachusetts that will identify the type of tick and test for the presence of common tick borne diseases. This allows us to identify horses that need testing and/or treatment sooner rather than later and provides peace of mind.

Owners can submit ticks themselves following the very straight forward instructions or we are happy to submit the tick for you, and can always assist in understanding the results of the report.
