Client Education Seminar Next Week - Topic Change

Next week, March 24th from 6-8pm, Dr. Ashley Leighton will be putting on a Client Education Seminar.  The topic has changed: instead of discussing Targetted Deworming she will instead be giving a live demonstration on Motorized Dentistry.  Come see and feel why dentistry is so important! 

There is no charge for this seminar, but we do ask that you call the clinic and let us know that you are planning to attend, so we know how many to expect.  This seminar will take place at our clinic, 4941 Groveland Rd, Geneseo NY.

Client Education Seminar: Biosecurity and Controlling Vectors

Join Dr. Bonny Henderson next Thursday, January 27th for a talk on Biosecurity and Controlling Vectors. 

Do you know how diseases are transmitted?  Some are horse to horse, but many include an insect or other animal in transmission.  Learn how to protect your horse from infectious disease. 

This lecture will take place from 6pm to 8pm at the CLINIC (change in location, please note!)There is no charge, but please call the clinic to reserve your spot so we'll know how many people to expect.

Emergency Medicine Lecture

This Thursday, November 18th, Dr. Ashley Leighton will be presenting a lecture on Emergency Equine Medicine, from 6-8pm.  It will take place at the school next door to the clinic.  Learn what to look for, what to do until the vet gets there, and what your vet might do in specific Equine Emergencies, including:

  • Colic
  • Lacerations
  • Eye emergencies
  • Choke
  • Prevention of Barn Fires
  • and more!
